Lumin8 delivers innovative traffic signal, lighting, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) services and solutions across the country.
Headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, Lumin8 was formed in July 2020 through the acquisition and merger of leading companies in the traffic signal and ITS service industries: W.L. Contractors (“WL”), Carlson Construction Services (“Carlson”), Wilburn Engineering (“Wilburn”) and, most recently in December 2021, the integration of all the assets of Digital Traffic Systems (DTS).
The combined business represents one of the largest providers in the industry. Lumin8 boasts operational facilities across the country and over 350 employees, serving local, state, and federal government entities, agencies, and contractors throughout the United States.
